Shipping and Delivery Fees

Delivery time:

We will ship within 7 to 20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after payment is completed.

*The above is an estimate, and delivery may be delayed if defects are found during inspection, if there are shipping delays from the supplier, or if there is a rush of orders. Please note that delivery may also take longer than usual due to major holidays or New Year's at the supplier. We appreciate your understanding.

*Tracking numbers become traceable when the product is entrusted by the airline to the delivery company, and tracking will be available approximately 5 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after the shipping completion notification.

Shipping fee: 600 yen nationwide (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

For orders over 10,000 yen in product value, shipping is free.

  • Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa will incur an additional 660 yen.
  • For remote islands, additional transit fees may apply, in which case we will contact you before shipping.
  • Please note that we may change the shipping carrier to an equivalent one without prior notice.

Cancellations

Please note that we generally cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.

Example of Policy Regarding Out-of-Stock Items After Ordering

About Stock Availability

As we share inventory across multiple sales channels, items may be out of stock depending on the timing of your order.
In such cases, we regret to inform you that we may have to cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding.

About Cancellations After Order Confirmation

・If an item becomes out of stock after your order is confirmed, the relevant item will be canceled.
・If a cancellation occurs due to an out-of-stock item, you will not be charged for that item. (Or, if already paid, a refund will be processed promptly.)
・While we take utmost care to update inventory status, due to system constraints, updates may not be reflected in real time. We appreciate your understanding.

Disclaimer

While we thoroughly manage our inventory, out-of-stock situations may occur after an order due to the following reasons:
・Inventory discrepancies due to multiple customers purchasing simultaneously
・Reflection errors due to system update delays
・Unavailability for sale due to supplier shortage or defective products

In the above cases, we will promptly contact the customer and may proceed with a cancellation.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Only in the case of initial defects or damage, we will exchange the product for a new one if you contact us within 7 days of product arrival. (※ If the item is out of stock, we may process a refund.)

We will bear the shipping cost for returns due to initial defects or damage.

*The listed sizes are generally measured flat, and slight discrepancies may occur.
*Overseas products may have less stringent quality standards compared to Japanese products, and sewing and craftsmanship may be rough.
*Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the actual product may appear different in color and texture.
