Q. When will my order arrive?
We have warehouses overseas, so it takes approximately 7 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
*The above is an estimate; delivery may be delayed if defects are found during inspection, if the supplier's shipment is delayed, or if there is a surge in orders. Please note that delivery may also take longer than usual due to major holidays or New Year's at the supplier. We appreciate your understanding. *Tracking numbers become trackable when the item is handed over from the airline to the delivery company, and tracking will be available approximately 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the shipping completion notification.
1) Once your order is complete, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email.
2) When the item is shipped, we will send you a shipping completion email with the tracking number.
Q. I want to cancel my order.
Due to system constraints, we generally cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
Due to system constraints, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.
Q. I want to change my payment method.
Payment methods cannot be changed after payment has been completed. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. My order has not arrived.
For "Delivery within 10 days" items, we ship within 7 business days after order completion or payment confirmation. For other items, the delivery time varies by product.
*If you purchase 2 or more items simultaneously, they will be shipped together with the item that has the later shipping date.
If you have only ordered "Delivery within 10 days" items and have not received a shipping completion email after 7 business days or more from order completion or payment confirmation, please contact us via the inquiry form.
