Q. When will I receive the product?
Since we have warehouses overseas, it will take approximately 7 to 20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
*The above is a guideline, and there may be delays if defects are found during inspection, shipping delays at the supplier, or if there is a rush of orders. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to long holidays or New Year's holidays at the supplier. Thank you for your understanding. *The tracking number can be tracked at the time the product is entrusted to the delivery company by the airline, and it will take 5 to 7 business days from notification of shipping completion. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) Tracking confirmation will be available in about a few days.
Fast items (immediate delivery items) will be shipped from a domestic warehouse, so they will be shipped as soon as the next business day after payment is confirmed.
1) Once your order has been completed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email.
2) When the product is shipped, we will send you a shipping completion email with the tracking number.
Q. I would like to cancel my order.
Due to system limitations, we generally cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience. Please note.
Q. I forgot to enter my coupon code. Can I apply it later?
Due to system limitations, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.
Q. I would like to change my payment method.
Payment method cannot be changed after payment is completed. Please note.
Q. Can you ship overseas?
Delivery is only within Japan.
