About delivery and shipping charges

We will ship within 7-20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment is completed.

*The above is a guideline, and there may be delays if defects are found during inspection, shipping delays at the supplier, or if there is a rush of orders. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to long holidays or New Year's holidays at the supplier. Shipping fee: 600 yen nationwide (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Free shipping is available for customers who purchase 10,000 yen or more in one order.

  • Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa will be an additional 660 yen.
  • In the case of remote islands, there may be a separate relay fee, so in that case we will contact you before shipping.
  • Please note that in some cases, the delivery company may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.

About cancellation

Please note that we generally cannot accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped.

About return/exchange conditions

If the product is initially defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and we will replace it with a new product. (*If out of stock, we may issue a refund)

Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs due to initial defects or damage.

*The listed sizes are basically measured when laid flat, and there may be some errors.
*Overseas products may have looser product standards than Japanese products, and may be more sloppy in sewing and construction.
*Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the color, texture, etc. of the actual product may differ from the actual product.
