Due to the operating schedule of our suppliers, we will be suspending some operations during the following period. Please check the details and understand in advance.

[Closure Period]

January 20 - February 4

Order Placement Suspension Period: January 22 - February 4

ShippingOperations Suspension Period: January 28 - February 2

[Regarding Orders]

We will continue to accept orders as usual during the closure period. However, orders placed after 5:00 PM on January 20 will be processed and shipped sequentially starting from February 5.

Example) Order Date and Estimated Shipping Time

For orders placed on January 22
Order placement will begin after February 5, and shipping will be as early as mid-February to early March.

[Shipping Delays and Tracking Number Reflection]

After the holiday period, order processing will be concentrated, so shipping may take longer than usual. Additionally, please note that it may take several days for tracking numbers to be reflected in the system after shipping is completed.

[Cancellations and Changes]

For orders placed after 5:00 PM on Monday, January 20: Cancellations and content changes are generally not accepted.

For orders placed before the closure (until 5:00 PM on Monday, January 20): If some items will be shipped after the closure, we will accept consultations regarding cancellations or changes. Please contact us for details.

[Regarding Payments]

If you place an order during the closure period, payment may be required before the product is shipped. This varies depending on your payment method, so please check the details in advance.
