【Regarding Shipping and Delivery Dates】
*While we understand there may be inquiries regarding detailed delivery status, please understand that once items are shipped, the shop cannot control the process. We kindly ask you to refrain from such inquiries.
All products are shipped from overseas, and will be dispatched within 7 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is completed. Additionally, some products, such as pre-order items, may take longer. In such cases, the estimated delivery time will be stated in the product description, so please check there.
*The above is an estimate, and delivery may be delayed if a defect is found during inspection, if there are shipping delays from the supplier, or if there is a surge in orders. Please note that delivery may also take longer than usual due to major holidays or New Year's at the supplier. We appreciate your understanding.
*Tracking numbers become traceable once the product is handed over from the airline to the delivery company, and tracking will be available approximately 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the shipping completion notification.
Products for "Delivery within 10 days" are shipped within 7 business days after order completion or payment confirmation. For other products, the delivery time varies by item.
*If you purchase two or more items simultaneously, they will be shipped together with the item that has the latest shipping date. If you have only ordered items for "Delivery within 10 days" and have not received a shipping completion email even after 7 business days have passed since order completion or payment confirmation, please notify us via the inquiry form.
*1. Purchase date = date of payment confirmation. This is not the order date.
*2. After shipping is complete, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
*3. Some products/brands, such as pre-order items and collaboration items, have different delivery times. In such cases, the shipping date and other details will be noted in the product description, so please check in advance.
Please note that you cannot select the delivery company or delivery time.
【About Shipping Fees and Customs Duties】
Please be assured that all import taxes and customs duties are included in the product price. Shipping fees vary depending on the product purchased. The amount will be displayed at the time of purchase, so please check there. Even if you are charged customs duties, we will cover them, so please do not worry.
【About Redelivery】
Please understand that if a purchased product is returned to our warehouse due to circumstances on the customer's part (such as an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase, a change of address due to moving, or the recipient being absent), the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. *Delivery will be made either cash on delivery or after advance payment. The average redelivery cost is around 2,000 yen.
【About Product Returns】
Regarding product returns, we do not accept returns or exchanges (including color and size) due to customer's convenience. We will only accept returns or exchange for the same product in cases of defective products or if a product different from your order was received. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will promptly proceed with a refund. *Please note that we cannot accept returns if you do not contact us within 7 days of product arrival.

Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations or changes (including color and size) after the order has been shipped.
