International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please read the following before placing an order.
Destinations
We currently ship to 236 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and most of Asia.
If your country does not appear at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
Items that cannot be shipped abroad
Items labelled 【即納】 (Ships from Japan) are available for delivery within Japan only. They are dispatched by a domestic courier and cannot be sent overseas.
If one of these items is in your cart, no shipping rate will appear for an address outside Japan. Please remove it to continue.

The USD 20 rate is a flat fee. It does not change with destination, weight or order value. The free-shipping threshold over JPY 10,000 applies to addresses in Japan only.
The exact amount is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Duties and Import Taxes
Import duties and taxes are included in the product price. You are not asked to pay them on delivery. If you are ever billed for duties, please contact us with the invoice and we will cover the amount.
Dispatch and Delivery Time
Dispatch time depends on the item. The category is shown in the product name and on the product page.

These are dispatch times, not delivery times. Transit time after dispatch varies by destination and by local customs clearance, and we cannot guarantee an arrival date. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese public holidays.
If you order items from different categories together, the whole order ships when all items are ready. Please order separately if one item is urgent.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order is dispatched. It can take several business days for the first scan to appear after the dispatch email.
Please contact us if the tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days after the dispatch email, or if tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including size and colour.
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will reply with how to proceed.

- 送料は全世界一律 USD 20（1注文あたり）です。地域・重量・注文金額で変わりません
- 10,000円以上送料無料は日本国内宛のみの適用です
- 関税・輸入税は商品価格に含まれています
- 表の日数はいずれも発送までです。発送後の輸送日数は向先国と現地の通関によって異なり、到着日の保証はできません
- 追跡番号は発送完了メールでお送りします
