【Regarding Shipping and Delivery Dates】

All products are shipped from overseas, and will be dispatched within 7 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is completed. *The above is an estimate, and delivery may be delayed if a defect is found during inspection, if there are shipping delays from the supplier, or if there is a surge in orders. *Tracking numbers become traceable once the product is handed over from the airline to the delivery company, and tracking will be available approximately 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the shipping completion notification.

Products for "Delivery within 10 days" are shipped within 7 business days after order completion or payment confirmation. For other products, the delivery time varies by item.

【About Shipping Fees and Customs Duties】

【About Redelivery】

Please understand that if a purchased product is returned to our warehouse due to circumstances on the customer's part (such as an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase, a change of address due to moving, or the recipient being absent), the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. *Delivery will be made either cash on delivery or after advance payment. The average redelivery cost is around 2,000 yen.

【About Product Returns】

Regarding product returns, we do not accept returns or exchanges (including color and size) due to customer's convenience. We will only accept returns or exchange for the same product in cases of defective products or if a product different from your order was received. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will promptly proceed with a refund. *Please note that we cannot accept returns if you do not contact us within 7 days of product arrival.

Return Policy

Please note that returns for personal reasons are not accepted.

Items for which returns/exchanges are not accepted

  • Subjective aspects such as material smell or feel.
  • Items with individual differences due to washing or distressing.
  • Pen marks or loose stitching from the manufacturing process, or slight variations in seams.
  • Minor stains or scratches in inconspicuous places such as the lining, which do not affect use.
  • For footwear, minor scuffs, dirt, or excess adhesive from the manufacturing process.
  • If buttonholes are not opened.
    (Some products may be shipped with buttonholes unopened to guarantee they are new.)
  • For select brands, if the tag differs from the brand name or if there is no tag.
  • If it is determined to be within the range of individual differences for the product.
  • Minor marks from manufacturing (can be removed by washing).
  • About loose threads (thread ends)
    Regarding loose threads on products, if pulling the thread does not create a hole, there is no problem with the product itself. Please cut the loose thread with scissors and use the product.
  • Slight variations in product size or color.
  • Products that have been worn or used.
  • Inquiries made more than 7 days after arrival.
  • If the item is not returned within the period specified by our company after an inquiry.
  • For defective products not covered by the above, after confirming the defect with photos attached to an email sent within 7 days of arrival, we will process a refund for the defective product.

      ・The person in charge confirms with the brand and decides on the course of action.

    3. Guidance on Action

      ・Customer returns the item in hand.・The brand reships the correct item.
    5. (In case of refund)
